Tone of voice

The Abstraction Tone of Voice comes from both the 'Golden Circle' and the 'Brand Personality' that we embrace. It is important that this Tone of Voice is maintained in every form of communication.

Tone of Voice - Archetypen

The Creator archetype

A creator archetype mainly communicates about innovation, artistic control, and his vision. He does this in an inspirational, daring, unique, and especially visual way.

The greatest fear of a creator is that his vision or execution is below par. Be careful with an overkill of creativity in your communication.

The Magician archetype

A magician communicates about pushing boundaries and making dreams come true. He often makes talks about his vision and innovation. He does this in an emotional and cutting-edge manner.

The greatest fear of a magician is not being able to live up to his dreams. Watch out for communication in the form of 'we save the world from hunger'. This is a dream that no company can deliver. Stay authoritarian, but credible.

Tone of Voice - Golden Circle

When we look back at the Golden Circle, we see the importance of the order of communication. We use a 'WHY-first' approach. This means that we are talking first about our mission before we communicate about specific 'WHAT' products. This is very important, especially during initial acquaintances.

'Beyond Boundaries' is, therefore, a payoff that can be used and explained more often. Just do not try to over-do it.

Tone of Voice - Example

At Abstraction, we go beyond boundaries. Doing what we do is like beating a game. Helping our customers succeed in a permanently changing market by exploring new grounds every day. By solving tech problems, ensuring quality and adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines, we are building what’s up next.
